We have saw the checker board is am amazing all hand made inlaid wood game board or marble. The board is so extraordinary. The lady I bought this from said her grandfather used to make these inlaid pieces. You should see some of what was in her home! Wow, what talent! She thinks this was made sometime in the 30's -40's. Measures about 25.75" x 24.75"
